🌙 9 PM, Under the Night Sky.
Lately, my mind has been restless. Thoughts keep piling up, making it impossible to fall asleep.
But drowning myself in alcohol just to pass out? That’s not me.
I want to drift off naturally, in peace. But peace feels out of reach these days.
Maybe a drive will clear my head.
I throw on a hoodie and some sweatpants, pull my cap low, and grab my car keys before heading down to the underground parking lot.
As the elevator doors slide open, I spot it—my white AMG GT43, standing there like it’s been waiting for me.
Its headlights glow softly in the dim garage, and for a moment, I just stare.
I slip inside, push the start button, and the cabin lights up with a soft ambient glow.
As I pull out onto the road, the city refuses to sleep—neon signs flicker, buildings shine in electric blues and reds,
and the streets are alive with light, almost as if they’re trying to erase the darkness of the night.
Somewhere in the back of my mind, a thought lingers:
“These tough days… they’ll pass, right?”
I can only hope that one day, I’ll look back at times like these,
with nothing but gratitude for the peace I once wished for.
