ABOUT THE CADILLAC CELESTIQ

Cadillac CELESTIQ at a glance

The Cadillac CELESTIQ is a hand-built, custom-commissioned electric flagship designed to sit above every series-production Cadillac. Its two permanent-magnet motors provide all-wheel drive, 655 hp and 646 lb-ft of torque, while Cadillac quotes 0–60 mph in 3.7 seconds with Velocity Max. The unusually long fastback body prioritizes four-passenger luxury rather than conventional sedan practicality, and each example is individually configured through Cadillac House. A 111-kWh battery, adaptive air suspension, Magnetic Ride Control 4.0 and active rear steering support the car’s blend of range, comfort and controlled performance. CELESTIQ is best understood as Cadillac’s low-volume technology and craftsmanship showcase, not simply a larger electric sedan.
