The 2026 Honda Accord remains a front-wheel-drive midsize sedan with two distinct powertrain groups. LX and SE use a 192-hp 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder and continuously variable transmission. Sport, EX-L, Sport-L and Touring use a 2.0-liter Atkinson-cycle engine with Honda's two-motor hybrid system for 204 total system horsepower and direct electric drive. The equipment grades are grouped by powertrain because they do not alter the core engine, drivetrain or output. Honda does not publish official 0-60-mph figures for the current Accord.
