Mazda Mazda3 at a glance
The 2026 Mazda3 remains one of the few compact cars offered as both a four-door sedan and a five-door hatchback. The naturally aspirated 2.5-liter four-cylinder produces 186 hp and can be paired with front- or all-wheel drive, while the hatchback also retains an available six-speed manual. Turbo models use standard all-wheel drive and produce up to 250 hp on 93-octane fuel, giving the Mazda3 a clear performance step without changing its basic compact-car mission.
