The Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 is the middle ground between the regular GLC and the much more complex GLC 63 S E PERFORMANCE. Its handcrafted 2.0-liter four-cylinder uses an electric exhaust-gas turbocharger to produce 416 hp, paired with a nine-speed MCT transmission and rear-biased AMG all-wheel drive. Mercedes-Benz quotes 0–60 mph in 4.7 seconds. The compact SUV body provides useful passenger and cargo space, while adaptive chassis hardware gives the GLC 43 a more urgent personality than the standard model. It lacks the sound and drama of older six-cylinder AMG SUVs, but it remains a fast, technically advanced daily driver with all-season usability.
