Cariary sees the S 350 d as a long-distance luxury tool: it delivers the quiet cabin, advanced suspension and rear-seat comfort of the flagship while offering excellent cruising range. It is less appropriate for repeated short urban trips, where diesel emissions systems cannot operate in their ideal conditions.
