MINI Cooper 2 Door at a glance
The MINI Cooper 2 Door is the shortest and most traditional body style in the current MINI range. Both the Cooper C and Cooper S use a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, front-wheel drive and a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, but output rises from 161 hp in the C to 201 hp in the S. MINI quotes 0-60 mph in 7.4 and 6.3 seconds respectively. This profile focuses on the regular C and S models; the 228-hp John Cooper Works version is a separate performance derivative and should receive its own Cariary entry.
