The MINI Cooper 4 Door stretches the current hatchback body by roughly six inches and adds conventional rear doors, making it the more practical choice beside the 2 Door. The Cooper C produces 161 hp and the Cooper S produces 201 hp; both use a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, front-wheel drive and a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. MINI lists 0-60 mph times of about 7.4 seconds for the C and 6.5 seconds for the S. The extra doors improve access without turning the car into the taller Countryman crossover.
