The Porsche Macan Electric is a separate, battery-electric generation rather than an electric trim of the older gasoline Macan. The current range runs from the 355-hp rear-wheel-drive Macan Electric through the 402-hp Macan 4, 509-hp 4S and 563-hp GTS to the 630-hp Turbo. All use an 800-volt electrical architecture and a 100-kWh gross battery, while official launch-control acceleration ranges from 5.4 seconds in the rear-drive model to 3.1 seconds in the Turbo.
