Porsche Panamera at a glance
The third-generation Porsche Panamera combines a four-door luxury cabin and large rear hatch with the driving position and chassis tuning expected from the brand's sports cars. The regular Panamera and Panamera 4 both use a 348-hp 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 and an eight-speed PDK; rear-wheel drive distinguishes the base car, while the Panamera 4 adds all-wheel drive and improves the current official 0-60 mph time from 5.0 to 4.7 seconds. Higher-output E-Hybrid, GTS and Turbo versions extend the wider Panamera range, but the two core gasoline trims establish the clearest comparison between rear- and all-wheel drive.
